Final Reflection (Web Design)

What is one valuable takeaway you learned?           I learned how to better my usage of technology in web design. I learned that just making a simple website does not get the job done and how to make the website more appealing. I learned it by making websites by code and designing it in my own way. This is important because with the mental health online business I plan to run I now know how to make my own website layout from code. Challenges I faced was remembered which code to use and when. What are your greatest strengths/what are your weaknesses?           My weaknesses would have to be not being able to get work done on time. I tend to be OCD and a perfectionist when I work so I always get caught up on making it perfect. My greatest strengths would be color scheme and font.       The main point of this article is to convey the point that what you say or do on the Internet follows you throughout your life. Whether it be when you're thirteen or when you're twenty-four, your actions leave something like a digital footprint that colleges can track. Not only can colleges track your digital footprints, but your friends and family can too.       A quote that surprised me would be: "Students' social media and digital footprint can sometimes play a role  in the admissions process" because I thought they only checked what you posted recently, not past posts and I would have never thought it would affect you getting into college.       A quote that confused me was: "Perhaps she hadn't realized that colleges keep tack of their social media mentions" because wouldn't she have talked to her parents and would have known they would be looking at them? Name Animation

         In e9 I have learned so much about Photoshop and what I really want to do when I grow up in this program. Learning all the skills I have learned in the various programs on the Mac has given me a great idea of what type of career I would like to go in to and what skills I may need. I have liked photography, but now I know how to edit them to make them even cooler than the original. As I grow up in e9 I would like to go into Video and Animations. I would like to learn how to edit video further and learn how to be in front of the camera, for I am an actor. For Animation, I want to learn how to create my own animations for future reference for my own website.
